The Summer Internship Scheme is aimed at 17 and 18-year-old residents of Berkshire who are who are from underrepresented groups within Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service. It is a paid internship and gives young people a fantastic opportunity over the course the summer to begin to develop their workplace skills and gain experience for their future education or career ambitions.
