Come and say hello to our Red Watch crews from Maidenhead and Windsor fire stations on Saturday at Windsor Leisure Centre for a free Fitness Test.

Are you up for the challenge? This fitness test is used by the Service and is designed to push your limits by testing your strength and endurance.

Over 18s only. All fitness levels are welcome to take part, whether you’re aiming to improve your fitness or simply looking for a fun, casual challenge!
