At 11:28am on Wednesday, 5 March, we received reports of small animals in need of rescue, near Saint-Cloud Way in Maidenhead.
One Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Maidenhead Fire Station was sent to the scene, in support of the RSPCA.
Upon arrival, the crew found five pigeons stuck in some netting. Firefighters used a triple extension ladder and tools to cut holes in the netting and released the pigeons.
They were on scene for approximately 42 minutes.
