At 3:22pm on Thursday, 6 March, we received reports of an animal in need of rescue on East Park Farm Drive in Reading.
One Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Caversham Road Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, the crew found one deer stuck in a railing. Firefighters used hydraulic tools to release the deer from the railing back into the wild.
They were on scene for approximately nine minutes.
