At 7:43am on Thursday, 23 February, we received reports of a fire at a commercial property on Wokingham Road, Reading.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Caversham Road and Wokingham Road fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a small fire in a pile of laundry.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using a hose reel and were on the scene for approximately 56 minutes.
