At 7:41pm on Tuesday, 17 September, we received a report of a fire on Addington Road in Reading.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Caversham Road, Wokingham Road and Theale fire stations were sent to the scene alongside an Officer.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a fire on the ground floor. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Firefighters then ventilated smoke from the property.
Crews were on the scene for around one hour and seven minutes.
