At 11:51am on Friday, 27 January, we received reports of a fire at a domestic property on Glebewood Road, Bracknell.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Bracknell Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found a small fire affecting an appliance in the kitchen of the property.
Firefighters worked to extinguish the fire and provided Immediate Emergency Care to one person suffering burns, before placing them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were on the scene for approximately one hour and seven minutes.
