At 8:43am on Sunday, 23 February, we received reports of a fire on Hetherington Close in Slough.
Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough Fire Station and one crew from Maidenhead Fire Station were sent to the scene, alongside one Officer.
Upon arrival, crews found a fire in the kitchen at the house. Firefighters rescued three people from the property, giving immediate emergency care to two of the people. Four firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet to put out the fire, before using a ventilation fan to clear smoke from the property.
They were on scene for approximately one hour and five minutes.
