At 6:37pm on Wednesday, 1 February, we received reports of a fire in the open on Old Bath Road, Charvil.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Wokingham Road fire station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, the crews found a small fire affecting an outside bin. They extinguished the fire using a hose reel.
Crews were on the scene for approximately 23 minutes.
