At 9.21pm on Sunday, 2 June, we received reports of a fire in the open on Cressingham Road, Reading.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Wokingham Road Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Firefighters found a bonfire that was out of control spreading towards trees and a fence. Firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire and were on the scene for about 30 minutes.
