Fire in Crowthorne

At 3:16am on Friday, 12 July, we received reports of a fire on Napier Close in Crowthorne.

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham, Ascot and Bracknell fire stations were sent to the scene.

On arrival, crews discovered that there had been a small fire in a living room. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used a fan to ventilate smoke from the property and provided immediate emergency care to four people at the scene. All four people were then placed in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.

Crews were at the scene for approximately 50 minutes.
