At 11:12pm on Thursday, 14 March, we received reports of a fire on Albert Street in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough, Langley and Maidenhead fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a fire on the ground floor of a two-storey building. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used one hose reel to extinguish the fire before using a fan to ventilate the property. Crews provided immediate emergency care to two people at the scene.
Crews were at the scene for approximately one hour.
