At 6:14pm on Saturday, 17 August, we received reports of a smell of smoke on Upton Park in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough, Langley and Maidenhead fire stations were sent to the scene alongside an Officer.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a small cooking fire. Firefighters extinguished the fire and provided immediate emergency care to one person.
Crews were on the scene for around one hour.
