At 4:07pm on Tuesday, 2 July, we received reports of a fire on Salt Hill Way in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham, Maidenhead and Windsor fire stations were sent to the scene alongside three Officers.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a fire in the open that had spread to several greenhouses and a railway line. Firefighters used three hose reels to extinguish the fire.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 57 minutes.
