At 12:38am on Tuesday, 6 August, we were called to assist someone on In The Ray in Maidenhead.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Maidenhead fire station were sent to the scene alongside an Officer.
Upon arrival, crews found a banister blocking access for South Central Ambulance Service. Firefighters used a power saw to remove the obstacle.
Crews were at the scene for around 22 minutes.
