At 11:16am on Wednesday, 7 August, we received a call from South Central Ambulance Service to a report of a person in need of assistance on Bath Road in Maidenhead.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Maidenhead fire station were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews assisted South Central Ambulance Service in obtaining entry into a property. Firefighters used a triple extension ladder to gain entry.
The crew were on the scene for around 11 minutes.
