At 9:46pm on Thursday, 8 August, we received a report of a people trapped in a lift on Minister Street in Reading.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Caversham Road and Wokingham Road fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered multiple persons trapped in a lift. Firefighters successfully released trapped occupants from lift.
Crews were on the scene for around eight minutes.
