At 8:14pm on Saturday, 17 August, we received reports of persons trapped in a car park on Winkfield Road in Ascot.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Ascot Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, the crew discovered several people locked in the a car park. Firefighters used a triple extension ladder to release the individuals.
The crew was on the scene for around nine minutes.
