At 4:14pm on Sunday, 21 April, we received reports of an incident on George Street in Caversham.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham Road and Theale fire stations were sent to the scene alongside an aerial ladder platform and an Officer.
Upon arrival, crews discovered three people trapped six metres off the ground on a fairground ride. Firefighters used the aerial ladder platform to rescue all three people from the ride.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 43 minutes.
