At 4:01pm on Thursday, 27 June, we received reports of an incident on Railway Terrace in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Langley and Windsor fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews found two people trapped in a lift. Firefighters used cutting equipment to rescue both people from the lift.
Crews were at the scene for approximately one hour and 40 minutes.
