At 8:50am on Wednesday, 4 December, we received reports of an incident on Common Road in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Slough and Langley fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a person trapped in a lift. Firefighters rescued the person before handing the scene over to an engineer.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 10 minutes.
