At 11:22am on Friday, 9 August, we received a report of a trapped individual on Shoppenhangers Road in Maidenhead.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Maidenhead Fire Station were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, the crew discovered an individual trapped within a flat. Firefighters entered the flat and made sure that the individual was secure.
The crew was at the scene for around 17 minutes.
