At 3:12pm on Thursday, 12 September, we received a report of a trapped person on Boyn Hill Avenue in Maidenhead.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Slough Fire Station was sent to the scene alongside a crew from Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service.
Upon arrival, the crew discovered multiple individuals trapped within a lift. Firefighters released the people from the lift.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 30 minutes.
