At 9:02pm on Monday, 5 August, we received a report of a person trapped in lift on West Mills in Newbury.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Newbury Fire Station were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered two people trapped in a lift. Firefighters assisted the property manager in freeing the trapped individuals.
Crews were at the scene for around 25 minutes.
