At 1:08pm on Saturday, 17 August, we received reports of a trapped person on Wellington Road in Wokingham.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham and Bracknell fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered an individual trapped in a lift. Firefighters released the trapped person and isolated the lift.
Crews were on the scene for around 15 minutes.
