At 9:49am on Thursday, 20 February, we received reports of a road traffic collision on London Road in Newbury.
Two Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Newbury Fire Station were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a road traffic collision involving two vehicles. Firefighters used granules to absorb diesel spilled across the road and made the scene safe. Two people were taken into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 55 minutes.
