At 12:08pm on Thursday, 8 February, we received reports of a road traffic collision on Barge Lane in Swallowfield.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham Road and Whitley Wood fire stations were sent to the scene alongside an Officer.
Upon arrival, crews discovered road traffic collision involving two cars. Firefighters rescued one person from one of the vehicles before placing them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 52 minutes.
