At 1:35pm on Saturday, 7 September, we received a call from South Central Ambulance Service to a report of a road traffic collision on Loddon Bridge Road in Woodley.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham Road and Wokingham were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a single vehicle collision, and unfortunately a person was trapped within the vehicle. Firefighters worked to rescue the person from the vehicle, and placed them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were on the scene for around 20 minutes.
