At 1:38pm on Saturday, 15 February, we received reports of a road traffic collision on the B4494 near North Heath.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Newbury and Theale fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a collision involving two vehicles. Firefighters used cutting gear to rescue four people from the vehicles before placing them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were at the scene for approximately one hour and 45 minutes before handing the scene over to Thames Valley Police.
