At 8.40am on Wednesday, 14 February, we received reports of a road traffic collision on the M4 Westbound between Junction 5 for Langley and Junction 6 for Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Langley, Slough and Maidenhead were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival firefighters found a road traffic collision involving one vehicle, with one person trapped. Crews released the person from the vehicle before placing them in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Crews were on the scene for about one hour and 17 minutes.
