At 4:23am on Wednesday, 18 December, we received a report of an incident on Brants Bridge in Bracknell.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Bracknell and Ascot fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered an individual trapped in a lift. Firefighters rescued the individual from the lift.
Crews were at the scene for around 13 minutes.
