At 4:10PM on Tuesday, 17 December, we received a report of an incident on Bridge Street in Reading.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Caversham Road Fire Station, was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a trapped individual. Firefighters equipped with small tools released the individual.
Crews were at the scene for around 20 minutes.
