At 10:46pm on Tuesday, 25 June, we received reports of a vehicle on fire on Kings Road in Reading.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Wokingham Road and Whitley Wood fire stations were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a car on fire. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used one hose reel to extinguish the fire.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 23 minutes before handing the scene over to Thames Valley Police.
