At 11.16am on Wednesday, 29 May, we received a call to a report of a vehicle fire at the side of the M4 Westbound between Junction 12 and 13.
Crews from Whitley Wood, Theale and Langley Fire Stations were sent to the scene, alongside an Officer.
On arrival, crews found a small vehicle on fire on the hard shoulder of the motorway. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reels to extinguish the fire.
The crews were on scene for approximately 55 minutes.
