At 11:49pm on Friday, 19 July, we received reports of a vehicle fire on the A34 near Newbury.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crew from Newbury Fire Station was sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, the crew discovered a vehicle on fire. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used one hose reel to put the fire out.
Crews were at the scene for approximately 39 minutes.
