At 11:02am on Monday, 17 March, we received reports of an incident on Farnham Road in Slough.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Bracknell, Slough, Maidenhead and Windsor fire stations were sent scene alongside two Officers and a Water Carrier from Bracknell Fire Station.
An Aerial Ladder Platform from Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service and an Incident Command Unity from Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service were also sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a fire at a recycling centre. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
Crews were at the scene for approximately six hours before returning later to inspect for hotspots.
