This month, Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service is celebrating Pride Month, an annual event recognising and celebrating LGBTQ+ identities and experiences. As a public service, it’s important for us to celebrate Pride Month. In line with our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion objectives, we aim to improve our service delivery by understanding the communities we serve.
To this end, we are committed to promoting equality by knowing our diverse communities and understanding their needs, ensuring that our prevention, protection and response activities target the most vulnerable people.
