We update our incident information regularly, but it’s not possible for us to share details of every incident we attend on our website. If you are unable to find a particular incident, or require additional information, please contact a member of the Communications and Engagement Team via Contact Us. We will publish information about incidents on our website that are:

• of interest to our communities and the media; and
• likely to cause disruption to residents.

We are not able to publish details for every incident that the Service attends.

We make every effort to update the website with information about an incident as soon as possible and will use our Twitter account to keep the public informed about incidents of interest – @RBFRSOfficial.
