Theale is a tri-service community station, offering a shared location for Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS), Thames Valley Police (TVP) and South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS).
Theale Community Fire Station is home to a Volvo fire engine and the Service’s specialist Heavy Rescue Unit.

It was important to RBFRS to ensure that all steps had been taken to ensure that Theale is a fully accessible building and asset for all members of the local community who visit the building. The building includes a lift to all levels, accessible kitchen facilities in the community room, gender neutral toilet facilities inc an accessible toilet on floors 1, 2 toilets and an accessible toilet/shower room on floor 2.
