Guidance for Owners and Responsible Persons of multi-storey, multi-occupancy residential buildings

The introduction of the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Building Safety Regulator (part of the Health & Safety Executive) is aimed at ensuring the safety of residential buildings and their occupants.
